We will always tell you the truth about timing rather than promise you a slot we cannot keep. Where the parts are on the van and a technician is in your area, same-day is entirely realistic.

Some companies promise same-day to everyone. We would rather be straight with you.
Same-day television repair is genuinely achievable a good deal of the time, and we do it regularly. But it depends on three things that are worth being honest about: where you are, what has failed, and what time you phone.
If you are in an area we are already working in, and the fault is one of the common ones we carry parts for — a power supply board, a backlight strip, a capacitor set — and you phone in the morning, there is a very good chance we can be with you the same day and finish the job.
If you are three hours away, the fault needs a board we have to order, or you phone at four in the afternoon, then same-day is not realistic and we are not going to pretend otherwise. What we will do is give you a real answer, an accurate window, and stick to it. That, in our experience, is what people actually want.

Where you are
In our core areas — Johannesburg, Sandton, Pretoria, Centurion, Midrand, the East and West Rand — we have technicians moving through most days. Same-day is often achievable. Further afield, we plan runs, and booking a day ahead gets you a much better slot.
What has actually failed
Power supply faults, backlight strips, capacitor failures, remote and connectivity problems: we carry these. Uncommon mainboards for less common models sometimes have to be ordered, and no amount of goodwill changes a delivery time.
What time you call
A call at 08:30 has a far better chance of becoming a same-day repair than a call at 16:30. If it is urgent, phone early.
Whether we can diagnose it in advance
A short WhatsApp video of the fault genuinely helps. If we can narrow the diagnosis before the technician leaves, we can load the right parts and dramatically improve the odds of a one-visit fix.
Access to the property
Estates, complexes and office parks with access control add time. Tell us about it when you book and we will clear the gate in advance rather than sitting outside it.
Whether the fault is what you think it is
Occasionally the diagnosis on site is not what the symptom suggested. We will always tell you immediately and honestly what that means for the timing.

Do you charge extra for same-day?
No. Our pricing does not change based on how urgently you need us. We think charging a premium to people in a hurry is a poor way to run a business.
What if the part has to be ordered?
We will tell you what the part is, what it costs and how long it will take before you commit to anything. Most common parts we carry; less common boards for older or unusual models sometimes need ordering.
Do you work on Saturdays?
Yes. We are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including Sundays and public holidays.
Can you prioritise a business?
Where a dead screen is actively costing you trade — a sports bar, a showroom, a reception area — tell us when you book and we will do what we genuinely can to get to you first.
